Welcome to my comfy therapy cabin in a private space at the back of my home which is insulated, softly lit and warmly decorated. I have designed this room with my client at heart and knowing how it can feel to be in therapy myself. I realise how important it is to feel safe and comfortable in order to explore and share whatever it is you need to.

I am currently only offering online and telephone therapy.

I use Skype, Zoom, Teams, WhatsApp, FaceTime and mobile phone.

Location:

My therapy room is located near Harold Wood RM3, within easy reach of the A12 and M25.

Parking is available along the same road in marked bays or within adjacent roads, both with no additional restrictions or cost.

Bus routes 496, 174 and 498 are located within 1-2 minutes walk.

Sessions:

Therapy sessions last 50 minutes and are priced as follows:

Individual therapy £50
Couples/relationship therapy £75

Additional time can be managed upon request.

Concessions are negotiable, please contact me to discuss.

Cancellation:

I request that you kindly give 24 hours notice of any need to cancel a session as any less would require full payment to be made. If a genuine emergency occurs then consideration will be made towards waiving or reducing the cancellation fee.
